PORTFOLIO: TOURNAMENTS

Throughout my career, I have always had a passion for providing tournament quality conditions to the membership on a consistent basis. However, it is imperative to actually be associated with preparing courses for professional events to understand what is required to deliver these results. Through hosting them at my home course or volunteering for other industry peers, I have gained valuable insight into creating the best of conditions when required. While I consider every member event important, some noteworthy events I’ve been associated with throughout my career are included below.

2018 BMW CHAMPIONSHIP FEDEX CUP
Aronimink Golf Club (Hosted)

 

Penultimate event of the FedEx Cup Playoffs, featuring the Top 70 players in the world.

 

Lead Assistant Superintendent in charge of scheduling, coordinating, and guiding staff of over 80.

 

Provided conditions suitable to PGA Tour standards through difficult weather conditions the week of and the weeks leading to the tournament.

 

Worked closely with PGA Tour Agronomist and Rules Officials to meet Tour expectations.
